1. Order Process & Order Placement

All product selections configured and ordered on this website are transmitted via a structured summary directly to our authorized sales chatbot at +91 91642 24111. Orders are only considered finalized once confirmed by our sales representatives.

2. Pricing and Taxes (GST)

Prices shown in our online catalog represent current rates. Taxes are computed as applicable under registered GSTIN: 29BWAPD1406Q1ZH. We reserve the right to modify prices for custom sizes or custom storage requirements as discussed during final order confirmation on WhatsApp.

3. Delivery and Assembly

Deliveries are dispatched from our showroom located at #114 Chikka Devasandra Bus Stop, Devasandra main road, K.R Puram, Bengaluru - 560036. Delivery schedules, shipping charges, and white-glove installation options will be calculated based on your pin code and confirmed before shipping.

4. Material Variations

Since our premium beds, sofas, study tables, and mandirs are crafted from natural materials (solid Sheesham wood and premium Mysore Teak), slight variations in wood grain, texture, and natural honey varnish tones are expected and serve as signatures of genuine solid wood craftsmanship.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Customized wooden cots, TV stands (LCD stands), and specific mattress orders (Duroflex, Wakefit, Centuary, Cirrus, Peps) cannot be refunded once custom manufacturing or cutting has commenced.
